1.all the dresses we made will be a little different from the original picture you see on the website , and the size will be more or less big or small between 1 to 3 cm .2.When you have placed the order ,our processing time is 15-25 days ,if you are urgent ,you may pay extra for rush fee ,wish you can understand.3..if you want to cancel the order but ordered few days ago, please pay 39 fabric fee.because our dress is custom made not in stock.4.We don't accept return the dress but no reason.we accpet size not correct,dress damaged,dress lost.because the dress is cusotm make not in stock.Attention:If you are from BRAZIL, please give us your CPF in the message box when paying, without it, we can not post the parcel. thanks for your understanding!
